Our Approach

Community Connections ultimate goal is to establish and/or enhance effective collaborative efforts between already established community entities to achieve common goals for Veterans, Woman, and Children in need. In many instances, individual agencies may offer one specialty service. Our vision is to coordinate a working collaboration between areas agencies that will create a more holistic approach.

We are ready to push the limits of CCI’s capability to assist families and Veterans. In their darkest hour, we are here to offer them a glimmer of light byway of hope in resources that may otherwise not be afforded to them.
